The first axis includes the beginning of giving the human life of the child and women and talking about the financial rights of vulnerable groups in societies, while the second axis talks about the most important marriage laws that establish the family structure and preserve the right of humanity to stability and spread, and the third axis deals with the central family stability in order to achieve the gift of life humanity, that is, the divine system of human families.

The fourth axis talks about the good administration and the organization of human rights and the protection of humanity, which fulfills the rights, and in the fifth axis we find the discussion once again about giving human life, in which stability requires the preservation of internal security and external peace, then it moves to the sixth axis, which is a legal and judicial axis that means the last earthly authority that protects the justice in human life.

As for the last axis, it relates to the types of those who manipulate the giving of human life and prevent justice in it, and spread oppression and exaggeration in society.

Sheikh Abdul-Salam Al-Majidi highlighted that “Creation” in Surat al-Nisa’a means four interconnected meanings, the first of which is the manifestation, meaning that there is a creature out of nothing. God has shown humanity that its creation from nothingness.

 }}who created you from a single soul{{

and the second is stability through marriage.

 }} From it He created its spouse{{

“As for the third meaning, it is reconstruction, that there is a human rights organization among all men and women, to enable reconstruction, which keeps the spread of human life on the basis of equity, while the fourth meaning relates to multiplication and spread in time and place.

 }}and from both of them scattered many men and women{{

Dr. Abdul-Salam al-Majidi talked about the most important foundations of human rights that guarantee “the spread of human life”, including the universality of the Qur’an discourse, as it is the most qualified to preserve the creation of human life and establish a positive, good interaction between people, (O people) and this global address means to address humanity, whatever are the beliefs, God did not say: O believers and non-believers. In addition, the Qur’anic vision of rights is based on looking at the human interest in the mortal and the permanent lives, and thus enlightens us that the general Qur’anic discourse is “O people”,

And it was only at the beginning of two Suras: the women who announced to the world the beginning of worldly human life, and the Surat Al-Hajj that announced the world the beginning of human afterlife. Then the basis of the close and distant relationship of wombs, which is a basis that indicates the sincerity of man’s religiosity and the building of a proper human order, and it enlightens us by that of the Almighty saying:

}}Fear Allah, by whom you ask one another, and (fear) the wombs{{

Al-Sheikh Al-Majidi concluded his lecture by talking about creation, as it means the preserving all of human life. The first of which is the preservation of religion means the right of a person to practice devotional rituals without aggression, and he is not a member of a belief that approves aggression and then self-preservation through the right of humanity to a decent life and the preservation of offspring, reproduction, continuity and the preservation of the mind so that the human has the right to awareness and ability to reconstruction and preservation of money as a human right to create wealth that makes him enjoy the benefits of life.
